Each order for a product or service through www.mimoza.bg is associated with an obligation to pay using the payment method chosen by the User. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, on weekends and on public holidays in the country. During the ordering process, the User has the opportunity to view the products he is purchasing and their prices, his username, email, phone, address, zip code, delivery method and payment method. After completing the order, and if this is the first order, the User will receive confirmation on the phone number specified by him. For each subsequent order, the User will receive confirmation only by email. For a change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, shipping, etc.) the User will be notified at the email address specified by him. The delivery of the order is carried out at the address, postal code, recipient’s name, preferred date and time, additional instructions specified by the User. The total order value is the price of the products ordered by the user, VAT and delivery fee. When paying in cash for the ordered goods and services, the User undertakes to pay the amount due for the order at the time of receipt at Mimosa Garden, Varna, Primorski Park, Saltanat Street No. 125. When paying with a credit or debit card, the User enters the card details during the ordering process. The card details are not entered on the pages of www.mimoza.bg and Mimoza 2 Ltd. does not have access to them. All card payments are handled by Borika or PayPal. When paying by bank transfer in BGN, the User deposits the amount of the value of the order placed into the specified bank account of Mimoza 2 OOD at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria. The ordered goods and services are delivered after the deposit is confirmed. When paying by bank transfer in euros, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the order placed into the bank account of Mimoza 2 OOD at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria and after the deposit is confirmed, the ordered goods and services are delivered. The order number must be entered in the reason for payment. We are sure that you like our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. On the basis of Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, a Buyer who has the status of a Consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, within seven days of delivery, has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract by returning the ordered goods purchased online from bg under the following conditions: 1/ The User shall inform Mimoza 2 OOD in advance in writing at the following email address: office@mimoza.bg that on the basis of Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act he/she withdraws from the purchase contract. 2/ The goods shall be returned personally by the User or by a person authorized by him/her, with a written power of attorney with a notarized signature, in the order specified in the previous point to Mimoza 2 OOD, at the address: Varna, Primorski Park, Saltanat Street No. 125. 3/ The original packaging of the goods must not have been opened, there must be no traces of use, damaged commercial appearance or staining and the integrity of the protective or transport stickers placed by Mimoza 2 OOD must not be damaged . 4/ All transport and other costs for returning the goods are entirely at the expense of the consumer. 5/ Until the moment of the return of the goods to Mimoza 2 OOD by the consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage is borne entirely by the consumer. 6/ In the event that a consumer exercises his right under Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act and if he has fulfilled the conditions specified above, Mimoza 2 OOD is obliged to refund the price paid by the method of payment: in cash, by bank transfer or by the bank card with which the order was made within 14 days of the return of the goods. 7/ If the purchased goods are a live flower or plant and have already left the warehouse of Mimoza 2 OOD – they are not subject to return. Orders that have not left the warehouse can be canceled in writing, via email or by phone, after confirmation from Mimoza 2 Ltd. If a defective product, other than live flowers or plants, is found within 7 days of receipt, and if the commercial appearance of the product and packaging is intact, Mimoza 2 OOD undertakes to replace it, in accordance with the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer, or to refund the amount deposited for the product, in accordance with Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, as of the date on which the consumer exercised his right of withdrawal. The value of the products is refunded, excluding the cost of delivery. The amount is refunded by bank transfer to the Consumer’s account from which the payment was made within 14 days. Mimoza 2 Ltd. has the right to change the technology and design of the goods and services provided on mimoza.bg without prior notice. Mimoza 2 Ltd. reserves the right to send its users messages related to new services or changes in the terms and conditions of use of www.mimoza.bg .
